The pto driveline is slip clutch protected. The cutting wheel is 25". This unit will cut stumps 10" above ground and go 7" underground to finish them off. It should be used on a 20-45hp tractor with a hydrostatic drive for ease of use. No rear remote hydraulics are required to run this grinder.
