It is entitled “Tsantsa Shrunken Head”. The base of the neck is stamped with the artists name. (I could not get the photo of the stamp without messing up its hair.) You will receive the cast iron black base / stand. The cord headband and dried grass stuffing can be removed from the piece as it was added after purchase. The stand also can be removed if you wish. (See photos for details) I am the original owner. It has been in climate controlled storage since purchased.
