He couldn’t remember when-but said this driver was bought years ago as “new” surplus and never used. It’s still got grease at the business end and runs beautifully in both forwards and reversing directions just like CP tools are known to. It’s got wear/scuffs from storage in a mobile tool box around the shop and a tiny bit of surface rust on the forward black oxide sleeve.
