Description: RARE Antique Revolving 3-Faced Composition Doll with Original Baptismal Gown, Petticoat & Bonnet / Soft stuffed body / Composition hands w/ red polished nails Don't worry, I burned some sage and soaked this possessed doll in holy water, lol. This doll actually has a sweet cute face unlike other similar reproduction dolls. Head and arms are securely attached to the cloth firmly stuffed body. This doll features 3 different faces - Happy / Smiling / Laughing - Crying / Upset - Sleeping peacefully There is a knob at the top of head so expressions can be turned and changed. Bonnet unable only one face is shown at a time. Linen Gown and Bonnet are slightly yellowed with age with a few tiny tears in the lace trim. No chips or cracks to head or hands. Missing one bootie. Measures approximately 15" x 8" x 4" Weighs 12.6 oz. The first 3-faced dolls debuted in the 1890s.
