Rare 2013 Fender American Vintage 64' Telecaster Candy Apple Red w' Case

Description: Hello, For sale is a 2013 Fender american Vintage Telecaster with case and assorted paperwork as shown in the photos. The guitar plays really well and sounds great. The neck is a 7.5 radius and C-shape. It's straight as an arrow and the nameplate is in the Fender serial number system accurately showing this musical instrument and specs. The OEM headstock decal has some peeling but is quite legible. The fret condition show nearly Zero wear, have never been filed, leveled, crowned, or dressed. The thin nitrocellulose lacquer had been chipping , cracking, and wearing off over the past few years so I shipped the body to a guitar finisher online to respray the body with a couple surface coats of Candy Apple Red lacquer. Unfortunately for me, the paint finish on the body has shown lacquer cracking and distress again and I prefer mint condition unused guitars in my collection so, perhaps this appearance is acceptable for you. The body I.D. sticker is located under the neck pickup but isn't very legible because the luthier removed it, sprayed the body, and replaced the sticker, the inking crackled on the label.As far as the neck pocket, the Luther sprayed over the ink stamp Sept. 2013 data. So, the guitar to many would be cheaper than a Custom Shop relic as it retains all OEM parts, pickups, etc but just no room in my collection that I'm beginning to minimize.
