Description: Good news/bad news with this book.... The good news is that this book is a 1st edition, 1893 copy of The Instructor, with the subtitle A Synopsis of the Faith and Doctrine of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, written by Elder G.T. Griffiths. The binding is tight, exterior covers are in good shape, just a smudge here or there. The title on spine stands out beautifully. There are no stains, smudges, foxing, etc. on the pages' edges. The bad news is that there is writing, marking, underlining, etc. throughout the book, on perhaps 2/3 of the book's pages. It has been actively used, loved, and learned from over it's 130 year life. The previous owners got a lot out of the book. I have included in the photos, a representative sample of things. There are sections of the book with no writing, etc so the whole book isn't marked up in some form or fashion, but the vast majority of it is. You are primarily buying a rare piece of history, the first edition 1893 copy of the book. Pricing reflects this.
