Description: For sale is an incredibly rare copy of the Playbill from Elizabeth Taylor's true Broadway debut. "World Enough and Time." This single performance took place at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on June 21, 1964. Together with her husband Richard Burton and directed by his adoptive father, Philip Burton, the evening included dramatic readings of various prose and poetry. The packed house of $100-a-seat patrons were there for the benefit of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (And to see if the successful screen actress could make the transition to the stage!) The audience was comprised of a veritable who's who of Hollywood and Broadway. This playbill is in great shape with a little spotting on the cover. Light, general wear. You may never see one of these come up for sale again!
