The flesh color is approximately the same as the skin color, and gets darker after cooking (4th photo). You will receive tip cuttings (similar to last photo) that are quick & easy to root in a pot of soil. Then they can be planted in the garden, where they'll spread over the ground (2nd photo) and start making those delicious purple sweet potatoes! They even have attractive flowers (third photo).
