Description: this is a non working printer sold as is no returns.. you are getting printer only and charger.. they would need to be cleaned good.. you possibly could get it going.. However you can send it to Primera Tech Support for a Flat Rate of $650 they will make it working and looking new.. i have verified you don't need anything but to ship it to them after you get an RMA number and then send to them when done you pay them the $650 and they will pay for return shipping. We will be using a double wall box with the inflated hard bubble wrap so that you can send it to them.. Their # if you would like to verify it is 763 475 6669 they said nothing is needed in way of receipt they just fix and return it back to you.. i do have qty 6 that i am putting up you are getting just 1 if interested in multiple units possibly better for you to have shipped via LTL. But printer doesn't work so you can do some major cleaning if you want and see if you can get it to go, but even if you pay the $650 and get it back working and like new you getting it at a very good discount.. But you are unable to return to us.. so assume you will need to ship it in for repair . let me know if any questions.
