Using cutting-edge LED technology, the SLx 1x MicroPrism offers 13 illumination settings with AutoLive motion-sensing on/off technology. At maximum illumination, the MicroPrism offers true daylight bright performance, while the innovative low-power sleep mode safeguards battery life for reliable ‘always-on’ storage. Though small in size, virtually no sacrifice was made for eye relief and even offers a generous field of view. This package also includes the new ruggedized mounting system with industry standard mini-prism footprint, guaranteeing reliability and zero retention through heavy use and adverse conditions. Out of the box, this mount offers 8 different mounting heights and configurations, ensuring compatibility with any rifle system. The ACSS Gemini Reticle The ACSS Gemini reticle combines bullet drop compensation with auto ranging and moving target leads to get you on target fast. A center chevron sits above two bullet drop dots, surrounded by a large horseshoe. Horizontal ranging bars are located below the chevron and horseshoe. Bullet Drop Compensation (BDC) Zero to the tip of the chevron according to the guideline with the closest match to your setup. Depending on the zeroing distance, tuning will be required for precision beyond 150 yards. At close range, use the bold outer horseshoe for rapid target acquisition. Leading Your Target The outer edge of the large horseshoe serves as a lead indicator for targets moving at approximately 8.6 mph. If the target is moving left to right, use the left edge of the horseshoe. If the target is moving right to left, use the right edge. The Ranging Scale The ranging bars underneath the chevron and horseshoe are not aiming points and are not illuminated. Use them to quickly find the range to your target, so you can determine which aiming point to use. They are calibrated for a target approximately 36” vertical spacing and 18” wide. To range vertically, line up the bottom of the target with the fourth ranging bar, then observe which bar is closest to the target’s top. The three top bars denote distances of 100, 150, and 200 yards. The chevron’s width will range a 6” diameter target at 200 yards. The first BDC dot will range a 6” diameter target at 150 yards, and the second dot will range a 6” diameter target at 200 yards.
