The Nylon pouch is used, no rips or tears, minor soiling. All seams are intact, no fraying. It has the alice clips. US marked with the Caduceus on the front is clearly visible. No color fading. The "lift the dot" fasteners works properly. The markings under the flap are still visible, showing a 1978 contract date. The locking tab on the plastic storage box is present. The bandages, gauze, bandaids are in Unissued condition, still sealed in the original packaging. It has never been opened. It has a clear 1978 contract date. See photos for details and condition.
