These decks are NOT just BRAND NEW or SEALED, but UNCIRCULATED. My friend worked in the factory where these were made. She was able to get these from the production line. They were NEVER sent out for retail distribution. So, this is better than new as it has never seen a retail outlet or been available to the public. All but 2 of these decks (McDelivery & Gas Monkey) are UNAVAILABLE from any other seller on eBay. Many of these decks may have been samples that were never picked up for distribution, making them EXTREMELY RARE.
