Shipping- Items are packed using new and recycled materials as often as possible - bubble wrap/paper/foam/peanuts, etc. I ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and try to source the very best pricing based on weight, dimension and distance and is sent with tracking. Returns: I do not offer returns. I do ask that you contact me prior to opening any case with EBay in the event of any issue. Should your concern illicit a return, the item must be returned to me in the same condition it was received. Received Damaged items: In the rare event your item is damaged during shipping (I pack well but accidents during shipping do happen) I require the buyer to send photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and shipping label. This is required so I can submit an insurance claim to the shipping carrier as all of my items are sent 100% insured and photos are requirement of USPS, UPS and FedEx.
