(Lot #PC-2-039) You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #1621-100 "Motel w/3 autos." NOTE: all flowers and automobiles are original. The plastic parts to this kit are in "very good" condition. The roof shows faint signs of "spray snow" staining and the side walls have tape residue. The 3 autos are original and in good shape, except the blue car has a small nick on its roof.The box is in great shape. Still a nice collectible piece. The motel always look very striking on the Plasticville rural layout or collection. I KNOW you will be satisfied with your purchase.
