The book has wear due to age. The spine has tears on top/bottom - covers show wear, binding is loose but pages are in-tact, some yellowing and spotting on pages and creases. Previous owners name written in pencil on 1st blank page. Book has 316 pages. At one time, there was tissue paper where the 1st illustrated page opposite the title page, the tissue paper is torn out.
