Description: This fabulous 120 pound hunk of petrified wood is 19" tall by 15" wide by 8" across. It is from near Holbrook, Arizona. You can imagine that this hefty log is but a small chunk of what was once a very large tree that fell over and got covered in silt to slowly become petrified so long ago that dinosaurs were chasing each other at the time. It hid in the earth for 200 million years until some rock hound dug it up 60 years ago. It has been sitting in a garden box next to a house ever since. Now it can sit in your yard or home. It is packaged in a heavy duty box, about 2' long x 2' wide x 1' tall. To move this petrified wood hunk I tipped it on its side onto a dolly. However, it has sat motionless for decades until I decided to sell it. Pieces this size are expensive, but I am generously divesting myself of this 120 pounder inexpensively.
