Description: This is a large, slightly vintage framed oil or acrylic on masonite. I think that it's oil, but not absolutely sure. Image is somewhat impressionistic and depicts the head and shoulder of an elegant young and pretty woman in a high collar blouse with upswept hair with flowers and a large wide brimmed hat. All in Belle Epoque or Gilded Age style of c. 1890-1914. Estimate painting dates to probably late 20th century. Signed lower right, artist unidentified. With frame measures about 31.75" high x 25.5" wide. Opening for image is about 29.5" x 23.5, including lacy liner. Comes from a NY City estate. All my vintage and antique items are Sold AS IS. 9595
