Description: Original Framed "watch art" as it was known by the artist Girard. Girard was from Dearborn Heights Michigan and created many unique watch art pieces on a variety of subjects. His work was unique - not mass produced. He made this 9 by 10 3/4 inch harness racing driver. A neat piece that I have had for many years not sure how I got it but have not seen another like it.
