It comes with COA and registration, although I am not sure if the registration works given that this item is from 2002(see tag). It is 9inches long. It is BRAND NEW It comes in its original packaging, the box is in excellent condition, but the plastic packing is torn. I do not see anything broken or torn on these fairies. I did not want to disturb the packaging to take lots of pictures. If you want more pictures let me know. Selling for a friend, If there is an odor, it is from them being in storage.
