Almost unused as a back-up unit only for sometime. Prior to posting, a rather labor intensive 20-point tune up was conducted by opening the machine, installed new drive belts, deoxit all knobs and controls including all relevant connections, ribbons to ensure proper contact, buffed and detailed clean every crevice every line to free from dust with even some retouching involved in the refurbishing process. A plethora of incredible features like auto-sync which is literally pretty cool stuff including seamless-loop, phrase sampling-like capability and endless array of sound effects! A day in the dj's life, if you're a true-to-form tactile kinda dj like myself, the cdn-88 hands down is the one to "beat" The cdn-88 is one of the best dual cd decks I've ever encountered in my years of dj'ing and to this day continue to be part of my live and studio rig.
