The file on this USB drive is the OEM file from Aldebaran Robotics preloaded into our USB flasher. Please contact us to let us know which color choice you prefer. We offer this flasher in the colors (blue, and red). HOW IT WORKS: 1. Insert the usb flasher into the back of the NAO's head 2. Press and hold the chest button for 6 seconds until you see rapid flashing blue lights. **This process should take about 30 minutes to complete** 3. When the reset is completed successfully, you should hear NAO say "Ognak Gnouk". The chest button should flash yellow. 4. Press on Nao's chest one time and he should say “I successfully updated my system. I am now running version 2.1.4. I successfully completed my factory reset. All of my data and settings have been reset."
