They have no bail, no hole, no jewelry finding and flat-backed. Great for earrings, pendants, cufflinks, polymer clay, mosaics, metalsmiths, resin arts, encaustic paintings, scrapbooks, and any glue-on art project else you would think of. Also excellent for retails. They are fused with clear glass on top to add depth and sparkle to them. Sizes approximate 14mm to 15mm (slightly larger than 1/2").
