Description: 1994 Marinoni Special Columbus Cromor road bike frame and fork. English threaded bottom bracket.Front fork spacing 100mm for 700c wheels.Rear spacing 130mm.Braze-on front derailleur.27.2mm seat post diameter.Integrated Gipiemme seat post clamp.Gipiemme dropouts.Treated with frame saver.Beautiful custom handmade frame with a fantastic red repaint job by Rick Stefani in Northern California. Comes with professionally installed Innicycle headset, which converts the fork to 1-1/8" and enables use of modern stems and handlebars. Size 56cm. Based on my measurements, reach equates to approximately 400mm and stack approximately 545mm. Standover is around 810-820mm, depending on what tires you run. The bike rides great when built up - smooth and fast. The frame and fork easily accommodate 28mm tires, which is rare in frames of this age. Overall in excellent condition. Just 2-3 small paint chips associated with normal use. All in areas not usually noticeable, as shown in the photos. Where the braze on derailleur was secured against the seat post.From tire rub inside of the non-drive side chain.Near the seat post clamp - this one has been touched up with a made for purpose paint.Original purchase order in the final image, showing many of the build details.
