Expanded PVC Foam Board is utilized for the interior portion of the box. This material is waterproof, durable, and 50% lighter than regular Starboard or other HDPE materials. All hardware used in our products are 316 grade stainless steel and designed for saltwater applications. The frame is pre-drilled and countersunk to accept #10 hardware. WFX Fabrication exclusively uses Gemlux latches which are known to be the best in the marine industry. Our products are precision CNC cut and hand made in the USA.
