Description: Made in Germany Kaiser 2104 Cutter 2 - negative splicer with light screen WORKS! In excellent condition with box and manual! I've tested with two AA batteries and the light comes on. You will need to fiddle with the metal part that touches the tip of the battery so that you can simply press the side of the box to make the light come on. It was staying on while I tested but that was ok with me while I took photos. You'd just need to bend it back a tad. The contacts are clean and everything works as it should. The wheel does spin so the film gets fed through (I did not test with film though). The glass on the magnifier looks good. The cutter raises up when I push the long button. In very tidy condition!
