This cute vintage (1990) bell by the famous American artist, Lowell Davis, is made of cold cast porcelain and was made and hand painted in Scotland by Border Fine Arts and distributed by the Schmid Company. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is approximately 1.75" tall and 1.5" wide (at the base). It has a pewter clapper. It comes in the pictured box.
