Description: This Christmas greeting card dates, I think to the late 1800s. It has an image of a young girl gently holding and stroking a dove bird. No artist credited. The publisher is not credited. The card measures 9.3cm x 12.7cm and is a single layer. No envelope. The card is in a very good minus condition. Card came loose to me but there is some glue residue to reverse showing that card has been in an album in the past. General edge and corner rubs, tiny creases at corners, tiny bit of surface paper lifting at top right hand corner, some very light brown shadowing along top front edge, the odd tiny mark to borders, some light browning, the odd small rub and the odd tiny mark to reverse, the odd tiny bump to edges. Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too.
