Description: This lot consists of 79 (give or take) vintage guarantee certificates issued by the International Silver Company and various related brands to customers purchasing one of their silverplated flatware or dish sets. They appear (based on dates written on several certificates) to date from the late 1930s to the late 1960s. There are multiple copies of many of the certificates. Brands include 1847 Rogers Bros., Holmes & Edwards, Rogers & Bro., Hiawatha, Meriden Silver Plate Co., H & T Mfg. Co., American Silver Company, Manor Plate Triple, Madrid Silver Plate, Original Rogers Silverplate, and Wm. Rogers. The majority are in very good condition, some are in good condition, a few are in acceptable condition. Almost all have a crease down or across the middle, but these are so regular it appears this is how they were issued. Some have writing, punch holes, irregular creases, small tears.
