The cups measure 2 7/8" in diameter at the top by 2 3/8" tall. These trays and cups are in good used condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, stains, hard water spots, or dishwasher etching. There are some minor marks from use, handling, and storage and some manufacturing marks. Overall, they display wonderfully and I'd rate them 9 out of 10 for vintage tableware or barware.
