I solved that problem with this, 3d printed Willpower Tally Tray! Printed in silk metallic gold PLA, It comes with an attached Willpower token and fits a standard sized D20 (spindown dice work great with this!) The front slot is also compatible with all our other LoTR counters, so you could also use it as a D20 tray for tracking Wounds, Quest Progress or Resources (those tokens sold separately.)
