Description: Beautiful Antique LONGINES “Cuervo y Sobrinos” Sterling Silver (0.900), Niello, and Yellow Gold Open Face Pocket Watch with Porcelain Dial. Matching Serial Numeral son Movement and Case. Made in Switzerland for the Well-Known “Cuervo y Sobrinos” Retailer. Circa 1917. Working! Movement: Manual (hand-winding) stem. Gold tone. 15 lignes. Caliber 15.93. 15 jewels. Index regulator. Screw balance. Signed “Longines”. Serial number: 3505227. Dial: White porcelain. Black Arabic hour numerals. Outer minutes/seconds track. Subsidiary dial for seconds at 6 o’clock. Gilt Louis XIV hands. Signed “Longines, Cuervo y Sobrinos, Unicos Importadores”, which translates into English as "Longines, Crow and Nephews, Sole Importers”.Case: Sterling silver (0.900), with Niello and Yellow Gold ornamentation (Flowers motives). Open face. Green stone set on the bezel, and framed in Gold, and accompanied beside by an applied name in yellow gold, that reads “Helmut Thill”. Acrylic crystal. Crown and pendant bow at 12 o’clock. Inner dustproof cover signed and showing several medals from European Grand Prix, and showing on the opposite side engraved serial numeral: 3505227 (matching with moveemnt serial numeral), and silver hallmarks.Dimension: 41 millimeters diameter. Thickness: 13 millimeters (including crystal).Condition: Very good overall and working. Please check some missing Niello on back. Dial is complete and readable, but there are some cracks by the edges, from 4 to 6, but not visible with a naked eye. Movement is running and clean.
