Frame is straight without cracks or dents Could probably buff out some of the scratches and discoloration. Paint marring and flaking where front derailleur was installed. Various paint chips shown in photo Bottom bracket and headset should probably be replaced. I’ll refund shipping cost difference if it ends up being less than quoted
