Description: Legnano 22.5" (57cm) double butted Reynolds hand built frame with Campagnolo Novo Record Components. Bike is in great running condition without any damage from crashes. You will likely need to grease bearing, bike has been stored for some years. There are some cosmetic problems with loss of paint and decals. It comes with 3 Legnano decals for replacement if you wish. The decals are original from former employee at Legnano company and are not reproductions (see last picture). Handel bars and stem are Italian TTT from late 60's. Stem measures 4.5" center to center. Weinmann side pull brakes (replaced original center pulls). Sella Italia saddle marked Bianchi replaced original Brooks. Campagnolo Record bottom bracket, crank set, chain rings, headset, pedals, seat post and gear changers. Chain rings are 52 & 42. Seat post is 27.2. This is my second 1970 Legnao. the first one was purchased in downtown Chicago in 1971. I purchased this one used 25 years ago with the intention of restoring it with some new paint and decals. I never did this, but do have 3 decals included to replace the ones on the head tube and the seat tube. This bike was used mainly for occasional exercise and was not raced or crashed. It rides very smooth and straight. Comes with original wheels. The tires are sewups and are no longer good. You will need to replace them to ride the bike. There is a decal on the seat post that reads" Eiun Prodotto della spa Emilio Bozzi Milano". Please look at pictures.
