Description: Wonderful early cleaver with great form, substantial size and of very nice quality. Great patina and surface, each little dent telling a story and adding to its character. Cracks at back of handle as shown, but stable and structurally sound. No markings but obviously has substantial age, most certainly 19th century. Just a really nice decorative and I suppose functional collectible. Please use photos and zoom feature for most accurate condition. Measures 14” long with handle and 4 1/8” at its widest.
