Description: Large Antique Old Man Folk Art Paper Papier Mache Marionette 42" Puppet I'm assuming era late 1800s to early 1900s Rare extremely large puppet. Material: Papier Mache , wood, Carved Hardwood Shoes, Fabric clothing. Etc. Looks like the body has old rectangle cardboard cigar boxes. Then the legs strings etc. attached to it. Measures approximately 42" tall X 12" wide Condition: This was pulled from of an old wooden trunk. The cloths have some stained marks on them. The pants are moth eaten one one side. The right leg string came unattached and will need to be attached again. Besides that everything is complete and solid. It will need to be untangled and restrung in some areas. Sold as pictured.
