Description: Keithley 196 Microvolt DMM 6.5 Digit Five Function Digital Bench Multimeter. Used, assume requires calibration or for parts. I have only tested basic functionality, short in ohms, battery on DC Volts mode. Both showed a value, but accuracy unknown and you should assume it requires calibration. Small crack on the shroud of Amps (white) port on front panel (see photo), but doesn't look like it affects function.
