Most are common stamps that you can not find listed on Ebay because of the low cost ( value ) and Ebay ( buy now ) makes the listings start at $ 0.99. It is not worth it for the seller to list all of these common stamps in auction form ( cost and also eats up the monthly total for what the seller has to list ) ( In auction form, with Ebay fees, If below $ 0.75, seller losses money ). I have found a way to list these listings so that you can get the Precancel stamps that you need. You can also save if you buy more then one of the listed stamps. That way if you buy more then one, each item is less then what is listed. Shipping is $ 0.64, no matter how many you buy. Come on by and get the common stamps that you need.I have 3 Dealers / Collectors ( Special Thanks to them ) through out the United States that informs me on the availability of the stamps that I list. That is why some of the stamps are higher then the guides, so if you have a item listed in the guide for $0.15, when you want to buy that item, a lot of the time you can not find them. They are not out there. If you want to buy a $ 150.00 stamp, even if you are willing to pay $ 1000.00 for it, you may not even see one. A lot of the pricey stamps, are not out there / can not find and when you do find them, you pay a lot higher then the guide. That is why a lot of my stamps are higher, I have to pay to get the ones that I need to list, when I do find them. Just keep this in mind, You may " not " see another one. Years ago, a ' lot ' of collectors did not like precancels ( some still today ), so when they came across precancels ( did not matter if it was worth $0.15 or $1000.00 ), they throw them away. Think about that !A little about me !I've been in the stamp collecting field almost 40 years and some of the commons ( book prices at $0.15 ), I have never seen. I have never been in no clubs ( clubs do nothing for me ) and been dealing / collecting precancels 110 % of my time ( except when life interferes ) since 1986.
