It is The rails appear to be clear plastic with silver-plated edges. It has a very classic, simple style. The item comes in it's original box and it has never been used. This item is heavy. The item is 15-3/4in in length and 12in width. It was produced in 1992. This would make a charming addition to your vanity! CONDITION: New in box. The box is torn on one side.
