Black rollers are made from a urethane based UHMW which is very wear resistant and quiet in operation. White and other colored rollers are machined from acetal which are also very durable but are louder in operation due to the harder plastic. Ball bearing rollers use one ABEC-3 bearing that features a rubber seal unlike many of the cheap knockoffs that use a plastic seal. We use high quality Zinc Plated hardware that is sourced within the U.S.A. Products such as chain guides, chain guards, cable guides, and bushings are produced using additive manufacturing methods such as SLS, SLA, and FDM (3D printing). We do not use cheap hobbyist equipment or materials such as PLA, PETG, or ABS. We manufacture our own proprietary material that is similar to nylon and polypropylene.
