HGU-33 has no size label, but my guess is size Large/Extra Large. Helmet is made for Civilian use and I think it's made by Flight Suits of El Cajon in California, not Gentex. Helmet has an upgraded soft gel earcups. Soft gel earcups could've been upgraded from the factory per the original owner's request prior to being shipped out, or it could've been upgraded by the owner at a later date. MBU-12 oxygen mask is a size Regular dated 86/87/88. Oxygen mask wasn't exclusive to the Civilian helmet when I bought it, I simply married them together for the sole purpose of selling both at the same time.
