These slings were removed from weapons in service with the German Military. Original German Military Surplus from the late 1960s though the 1990s! Brown Leather Sling measures approximately 54"x1". It comes complete with buckle, keeper, spring clip, and stud. Works on MANY rifles! You could even fit it with QD sling swivels for more modern applications. You will receive a sling in similar condition to those pictured. Please note that these slings are used surplus and may have endured decades of less than optimal storage conditions. Most would benefit from a thorough cleaning and oiling. Superficial cracks in the leather may be present but do not affect the functionality of the sling. Length and width may vary slightly due to use and stretch. A musty smell is normal for surplus items and will go away after the sling is out of the package and has been on a rifle for a few days.
