She died from complications from a respiratory infection. She came from a poor family. Both her parents worked to pay the bills and to feed their five kids. Adeline was the oldest so she helped with watching her younger siblings while her parents were working. She also cooked and cleaned, and kept things going while her parents worked. She had to grow up fast and didn't have time to hang out with friends or have the money to go shopping at the mall like some of her friends did often. On the weekends when her mom was home, Adeline worked for a family down the block as a mother's helper. She helped watch their kids, helped clean & cook, give the kids a bath etc. She only kept a little bit of what she got paid and gave the rest to her parents to help with bills. At times she did feel lonely and wished she could just be a kid herself but she loved her family and knew she had responsibilities being the oldest so she tried to make the best of it. Adeline is very sweet, respectful, well behaved, friendly, loving and kind. She often ask me if she can help me with my house chores or if there is anything else she can do for me. I told her she could just hang out with me as I'm doing my chores & work. She is mature for her age and will make a good companion for anyone. She does enjoy baking, sewing, reading books, music, singing, making crafts and making homemade gifts for people. She sometimes flickers our lights. She has opened all my kitchen cupboard doors as well. We have seen her orbs. We have heard her footsteps roaming up and down our hallways and stairs. She is a loving, positive spirit and I know you will love having her around. She is ready to find her new home. She really hopes to go to a home with other teen spirits so she can finally have areal friend and be able to hang out with friends and relax. The doll is 12" high and she has red, braided hair and green eyes. She is wearing a dark green dress with a flower print on it and an overlaying white apron. she has a straw hat with a matching ribbon as her dress.She has bloomers, socks & shoes. She is Beautiful.
