Description: Harley Davidson Exhaust Mounting Bracket with Isolator Mount, Bolt on Style. Bracket is New Made in USA laser cut part made from .188" HRPO Steel Plate, redesign of OEM part #75234-88, using thicker material and adding press brake bends at angle to match stock frame which locates Isolator Mount further inboard for more exhaust mounting clearance. Bracket bolts on at swingarm pivot end cap. This ad combines New Black Powdercoated Bracket with New USA made Isolator Mount (replaces OEM #75234-88). We sell both items separately in other ads. No hardware included, pictures with it are for reference only. Both parts together $120.00 Note; My bracket design puts exhaust mount location in the same position as the OEM mount welded to the frame on FXR's thru 1986. If your custom exhaust is NOT designed to mount there, you will need to fabricate a secondary bracket out of steel plate (1/8" thick is sufficient for most) to go between exhaust mount on pipe and isolator mount on my bracket. I will send a template, just ask, for either style of Thunderheader (center peg #1015 &1016 or floorboard #1018 &1019). NOT a guaranteed perfect fit as pipe brackets can vary, and location of drivetrain in your chassis can vary depending on what brand mounts you have and wear on front and/or rear isolator mounts. Bracket would be about 3" by 5", then cut to shape of template and drill holes. Last 3 pictures are of this secondary bracket, for reference only, and it is NOT included. BEWARE; Big distributors have copied this bracket and had it MADE in CHINA! Their Isolator is import also. My parts are all MADE in USA.
