Description: Harley Davidson FXR Exhaust Mounting Bracket, Bolt On Style. New Manufactured in USA laser cut part made from .188" HRPO Steel Plate, Powder Coated Gloss Black. Offers more stable mounting option for 2 into 1 style exhaust systems or OEM system. Redesign of obsolete OEM part #75234-88, using thicker material, and adding press brake bends at angle to match stock frame which locates isolator mount further inboard for more exhaust mounting clearance. Bracket bolts on at swing arm pivot end cap. Sold as bare bracket only, all pictures with isolator installed are for reference only. We also offer this in raw steel and also in a weld on version. We also sell the Isolator mount in a separate ad. $75.00Note; Bracket design puts exhaust mount location in the same position as the mount welded to the frame on FXR's thru 1986. If your custom exhaust is NOT designed to mount there, you will need to fabricate a flat steel plate (1/8" thick is sufficient for most) to go between exhaust mount on pipe and isolator mount on the bracket. I will supply a template, just ask, for either style of Thunderheader (center peg #1015 &1016 or floorboard #1018 &1019). NOT a guaranteed perfect fit as pipe brackets can vary, and location of drivetrain in your chassis can vary depending on what brand mounts you have and wear on front and/or rear isolator mounts. Bracket would be about 3" by 5", then cut to shape of template and drill holes. last 3 pictures are of this secondary bracket, NOT included, and pictures with isolator mount on bracket are for reference only.BEWARE; Big distributors have copied this bracket and had it MADE in CHINA!
