This series of cards is focused on producing the best cards possible using the highest quality photos available. Finding high quality photos of WHA stars is not always easy, fortunately few WHA players were more photographed than Gordie Howe. While the primary star and face of the WHA was undoubtedly Bobby Hull, when Gordie Howe was lured out of a retirement to play with his sons in the WHA, Howe too quite quickly became a marketing star for the league, and surprisingly his skills at age 45 were still fairly good. So the Hockey History Archive (HHA) created this card to honor the WHA career of hockey legend Gordie Howe. This is a rare limited edition card is hard to top in terms of quality WHA cards, so get it while you can as it will not be available indefinitely.
