Description: Garden State Council was created by the merger of Southern New Jersey Council and Burlington County Council in 2013. Burlington County Council has a tradition of having a dinner for all wood badgers yearly. Garden State decided to continue this tradition and a silver mylar (SMY) and a gold mylar (GMY) border csp was issued for the 2018 Garden State Council dining in dinner. Only wood badge members (and attendees of the dinner) had the opportunity to receive this patch. This issue celebrate the Owl. This the the sixth issue of what became a yearly series for Garden State. This is the silver mylar border (delegate or paid participant) issue.
