In order to be issued a refund or replacement, you must return the damaged ship. Upon receiving the damaged ship, we will issue your refund or mail out your replacement. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies. If your shipping address comes up as one, we will cancel the order without hesitation.We do not ship to secondary addresses.
