The entire Funko Hikari line was discontined in 2016 and has not been continued. Mind Style in Japan and Funko have worked together for years through ups and downs when this line was discontinued. This example of the 1500 Piece Groot is an ARTIST PROOF or AP as designated by the card under his feet. These came from a Funko employee and have been stored perfectly for years. The APs are sent to the designers in Japan as examples of how to paint them and what colors they should be. Variations do occur and make this one truely one of a kind.
