Description: This is an Estate Fresh really cool old Long Hair Kachina carving from a long time collector of native American & Southwest Antiques & Collectables. This piece is a FINE HOPI or NAVAJO 11.75" TALL LONG HAIR SHALKO KACHINA NATIVE AMERICAN WOOD CARVING w PUEBLO VIEW IN RAIN. It is carved from one solid piece of Cottonwood Root. Ca late 90's, This one at 11.75" tall and approx. 2" across the widest and it comes with a base about 2.5" in diameter. The colors and carving are nicely done and the rainy Pueblo view is quite interesting. Not sure who the carver might have been as it is only marked with unreadable marks.
