Description: Vintage Widecombe In the Moor England Felt Pennant Dartmoor Village RARE Souvenir Collectible - 11.25 x 6 inches. Clean condition. Very soft felt. There are small dark spots around where thumbtacks held the pennant on wall display - see pics. I'm sure it could be gently cleaned. This came from a large personal pennant collection where the owner traveled to many places in the 60s-70s-80s.
